Its story begins during the Dutch colonial era, when a secret recipe was first created by the Nederlanders—an expression of craftsmanship and refined technique. Following Indonesia’s independence, this rare and closely guarded formula was entrusted to UD. Paloma, marking the beginning of a new chapter where heritage met local mastery.

BORN FROM COLONIALISM ERA
Mr. Pringadi Sutanto (Tan Siok Ping), born in 1921 in Pasuruan, East Java, was a visionary whose journey would shape the legacy of Paloma. After acquiring the Paloma license from a Dutch company, he took a bold step forward—establishing his own distillery at 14 Undaan Wetan, Surabaya. From that moment, tradition and ambition came together to create something enduring.
Through decades of dedication, UD. Paloma has continued to craft its spirits with passion and purpose, sharing not just a drink, but moments of joy. To this day, Paloma has spread thousands of moments of happiness to loyal customers, becoming a part of celebrations, stories, and memories across generations.
